Payment and Coin plans

Ganit.in accepts payments for Coin used for paid photo processing. All plan amounts are shown in Indian rupees (INR). Review the current Coin plans and prices, selected plan and final payment amount before paying. Keep your payment reference.

Cancellation before payment

You may cancel by closing the payment checkout before completing payment. If your bank has already debited the amount, contact support with the transaction reference so we can check its status.

Refund of unused Coin

You may request a refund for the unused portion of Coin purchased with a successful payment. Contact support from your registered email or mobile number and provide your account details, payment reference and payment date. We verify the original payment, Coin credited and usage before calculating the eligible refund. Promotional or free bonus Coin has no separate cash refund value. The refund cannot exceed the original payment attributable to the eligible unused portion.

Used Coin and processing problems

Coin already used for successfully delivered processing is normally not refundable. If a processing failure charged Coin without delivering the result, report it to support for verification and an appropriate Coin correction or refund. Any rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.

Failed, duplicate or uncredited payments

If a payment fails, is duplicated or is debited without the corresponding Coin credit, contact support with the reference and date. We check the payment provider records and your account to resolve the issue through the correct Coin credit, reversal or eligible refund. Do not pay again until you have checked the previous payment status.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned through the payment provider to the original payment method wherever supported. Support will confirm the eligible amount and expected processing time after verification. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and receiving bank. A refund is not complete until the provider confirms its status.
